Boltstart Academy is a modern training institute dedicated to preparing rural youth for industry readiness, technical skills, and competitive examinations.

We invite applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the following teaching and training positions:

🎓 Available Positions

Soft Skills & Communication Trainer

• Qualification: MSW / MA Sociology / MA Psychology
• Experience: Teaching/training preferred (freshers may apply)
• Role: Train students in soft skills, workplace communication, and professionalism

Language Trainer (English)

• Qualification: MA English Literature
• Experience: Teaching/training preferred (freshers may apply)
• Role: Improve English proficiency, writing, reading, and speaking skills

CNC Engineer / Trainer

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production OR ITI (CNC specialization)
• Experience: Industrial/training experience preferred (freshers may apply)
• Role: Train students in CNC programming, machine operation, and safety practices

Science Trainers (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in respective subject
• Preference: Candidates who have attempted or trained for competitive exams
• Role: Train students for NEET, JEE, and foundational science modules

Commerce / Company Secretary Trainer

• Qualification: M.Com or CS
• Experience: Teaching/training preferred (freshers may apply)
• Role: Teach commerce, accounting, and business studies modules
