Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and streamline production activities across our plants. The role involves production planning, inventory and dispatch management, and ensuring smooth operations at distant plants. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining packing inventory, monitoring quality and safety standards, and supporting workforce coordination. Frequent travel and short stays at different plant locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets.
• Manage inventory and packing stock efficiently.
• Oversee dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct frequent visits to distant plants and ensure seamless operations.
• Manage plant workflow in case of staff absence.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong production planning and plant management skills.
• Ability to manage teams and take ownership of operations.
• Willingness to travel and stay at plants for extended periods (10–12 days/month).
• Experience in plant management and workforce supervision is preferred.
