Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Kidswear Store)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling store operations, assisting customers, and managing billing activities. The candidate should ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in product selection and provide excellent service
• Handle billing and ensure accurate cash/card transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, display, and proper product arrangement
• Manage stock, check availability, and inform about shortages
• Support in achieving store sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• 0–3 years experience in retail sales (kidswear/apparel preferred)
• Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel
• Good communication and customer handling skills
