Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities for the ICCC Building Project. The candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines while coordinating with workers and contractors at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at the ICCC building site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and instructions from the Civil Engineer.
• Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Maintain discipline and safety compliance at site.
• Check quality of work including RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage.
• Maintain daily site activity reports.
• Assist in measurement of work and billing support.
• Identify and report site issues to the Project Engineer immediately.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI / Relevant Technical Qualification.
• 2 plus years of experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in commercial/government projects preferred.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Basic understanding of drawings.
• Ability to manage labor teams.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures.
• Time management and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in ICCC / Smart City / Government infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling finishing and interior works.
