Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated Telecounsellor to guide prospective students, handle calls, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls

• Explain courses and resolve student queries

• Follow up with leads and drive enrollments

• Maintain call records and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate

• 1–2 years telecalling / telesales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge
