To identify, recruit, and activate Insurance 

Consultants (IC) or Part Time Employee (PTE) and 

support them with basic process and product 

guidance to help drive business generation.


 👉🏻 *Key Responsibilities* 


🔴 Identify potential ICs or PTEs. Explain the 

onboarding process and assist them in 

completing required steps

🔴 Provide basic guidance on products, sales 

processes, & customer approach

🔴 Support ICs or PTEs during their initial 

business-development activities

🔴 Track IC/PTE activity and ensure 

consistent engagement and productivity
