We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor (Business Development Executive) to join our team in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Position: Admission Counsellor (Business Development Executive)

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Industry: EdTech – Personalised Tutoring Services


Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with parents and students to understand their academic requirements.

• Recommend personalised tutoring solutions and convert qualified leads.

• Coordinate demo sessions and manage structured follow-ups.

• Maintain communication logs and ensure accurate CRM updates.

• Build long-term trust with parents, students, and tutors.

• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

• Manage end-to-end client acquisition and onboarding processes.
