Job Type: Work from Home Responsibilities: • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantage. • Research potential target markets based on our service offerings and create actionable target prospects list. • You will be communicating with the potential customers, understand their needs, clarify what we offer, provide a sales proposal and onboard the customer. • Generate leads through cold callings in different industries to potential customers. • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for potential leads. • Develop, maintain, and improve business relationships with customers in order to support current and future business. • Find new sources of lead generation and maintain the existing ones. • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients. • The ability to set priorities, allocate budget, and work within effective time frames. • Maintaining client information & follow-up status in the CRM database. • Willing to familiarize with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients. Specific Skills/Abilities: • Must be a good communicator & presenter. • Self-driven with basic corporate etiquettes. • Strong client-facing experience and negotiation skills. • Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person. • Should be able to work independently as well as in team. • Knowledge of Full Sales Cycle include deal closing and demonstrated sales success. • Good consulting skills - the ability to understand and challenge client requirements, and to determine the most appropriate solutions. Requirements: • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline. (Marketing or related field will be preferable) • A min of 1-2 years of work experience in Business Development or sales in software industry with hands-on experience in Lead generation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Sales/Management background will be more preferable. • Knowledge of the software industry and market trends is a plus. *NOTE: ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED
