Qualification& Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role Summary:

The Business Development Manager, Franchise Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company's franchise sales strategy. This includes identifying and qualifying prospective franchisees, developing and presenting franchise proposals, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, as well as a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's franchise sales strategy
  • Identify and qualify prospective franchisees
  • Initiate virtual marketing through meta boosting
  • Develop and present franchise proposals
  • Close deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees
  • Provide support to franchisees throughout the onboarding process
  • Track and report on franchise sales performance
