Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate data in our system. This role requires good English comprehension, attention to detail, and the ability to make basic decisions while working with data.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain accurate information in the company system

Verify and correct data entries when necessary

Follow provided instructions to input and organize data

Read and understand basic prompts used in AI tools

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries

Maintain confidentiality of information

Requirements:

Typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute

Good understanding of English (reading and writing)

Ability to understand and write basic AI prompts

Basic decision-making ability when handling data

Good attention to detail

Comfortable working night shift only (no day shift)

Training:

2 months of training will be provided before full responsibilities are assigned.
