Location: Factory-Based + Field Travel (Factory location-Bhilai)

Working Hours: 9am-6pm | As per logistics/lifting/dispatch schedules on Travel days

Salary: INR 13000-25000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily factory material operations. The primary responsibility is supervising incoming and outgoing materials, labour coordination, weighment, and maintaining daily reports. The role also includes occasional travel to supplier locations for material lifting and site supervision when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise unloading and loading of materials at the factory
• Oversee labour staff during material handling operations
• Manage weighment activities and ensure accurate records
• Track materials received, stored, and dispatched
• Prepare daily reports of material movement and weighment
• Ensure proper documentation and material accountability
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for dispatch
• Provide regular updates to the office and ensure smooth execution of operations

Required Skills:

• Strong supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to manage labour and on-ground operations
• Good communication and site-level management ability
• Basic knowledge of documentation and material tracking is required
• Responsible, alert, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with travel

Travel Requirement:

Travel to sites for material lifting operations may range from 0–15 days per month, depending on operational needs

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in factory operations, scrap handling, logistics, warehouse, or dispatch roles
