• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate restaurant service staff during shifts
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
• Welcome guests, take orders when required, and handle special requests
• Train and guide waiters, stewards, and new staff
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service presentation
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily reports if required
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality of service staff
