Head Chef

• Maintain stock control, food cost, and minimize wastage.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff to perform efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with procurement for fresh and quality ingredients.
• Introduce new dishes and seasonal menu items.
• Handle kitchen budgeting and inventory management.
