Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll management, performance management system (PMS), learning management system (LMS), training and development programs, recruitment for vacant positions, attendance monitoring, and building strong placement tie-ups with colleges. The role requires flexibility for branch visits and travel as needed.
Reporting Structure
Reports To: Head of HR / Director / General Manager
Supervises: HR Executives, Recruiters, Training Coordinators, and other HR support staff
Key Responsibilities
· Payroll Management - Accurate and timely payroll processing; Compliance with statutory requirements.
· Performance Management System (PMS) - Implement and monitor appraisal processes.
· Learning Management System (LMS) & Training - Develop and execute training programs; Manage LMS for skill enhancement.
· Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - End-to-end recruitment for vacant positions; Build placement tie-ups with colleges for talent sourcing.
· Attendance Monitoring - Ensure accurate attendance tracking and compliance.
· Employee Engagement & Compliance - Foster positive work culture and ensure legal compliance.
· Travel & Branch Coordination - Visit branches for HR audits, training, and employee engagement; Coordinate with multiple locations for HR operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Payroll Accuracy: 100% error-free and timely processing.
· Recruitment Efficiency: Time-to-fill ≤30 days; Offer acceptance ≥85%.
· Training Impact: ≥90% LMS completion; measurable skill improvement.
· College Tie-Ups: Minimum X new partnerships per quarter.
· Attendance Accuracy: ≥98% compliance.
· Employee Engagement: Retention ≥90%; Engagement score ≥80%.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
· 3–5 years of HR management experience.
· Knowledge of payroll, PMS, LMS, and HR software.
· Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
