Job Description: Mathematics Faculty (IIT-JEE & Foundation)
The Flash Academy is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Mathematics teacher to join our elite team.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Excellence: Deliver comprehensive lectures for Foundation (9th & 10th) and Senior (11th, 12th, & JEE Main/Advanced) batches.
- Curriculum Development: Design and curate high-quality study materials, including DPPs, modular assignments, and mock tests aligned with the latest JEE patterns.
- Student Mentorship: Conduct rigorous doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic counseling to enhance student performance.
- Digital Integration: Collaborate with the digital team to contribute to our YouTube channel (The Flash Academy Jee/Neet) and our internal LMS platform.
- Pedagogical Innovation: Implement teaching methodologies that effectively bridge the gap between Board-level fundamentals and competitive-level application.
