Job Description

  • Responsible for Maintaining the TAT of R&M tickets at best.
  • MEPs have to maintain the materials data like Inhouse store stock and Used materials stock without any deviation.
  • Should Reduce the vendor dependency on ground by using technical knowledge without affecting CSAT score.
  • Carry out project activities as directed by the Managers/Associate Managers and adhere to Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Carry out the PPM, Reactive and corrective maintenance of MEP asset such as ( Split ac,MDB,SMDB,DB,LCP, Generator,Booster pumps,Sump pumps.
  • Able to resolve Basic AC complaints.
  • Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing plumbing system, water tank, pump Etc.
  • Diagnose leakage and blockage,understanding the drainage and water supply system.
  • Installation knowledge on Geysers,UPS and Inverters etc.
  • Minor carpentry work, Repairing door and window alignments, and Replacing the door lock sets and latches.
  • Filling the checklist (PPM,RM)
  • Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays
