Job Summary: We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The main responsibility is to contact potential clients/students, explain our services, and convert leads into walk-ins or sales. If you have good communication skills and are confident on the phone, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Counseling/Selling: Explain our courses/products/services clearly to customers.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a follow-up log and call back interested leads to close the deal.
• Data Management: Update call status and remarks in Excel or the company register.
• Targets: Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements (Candidate Profile):

• Education: Graduate.
• Experience: 1+ Year Experience
• Skills:
• Good verbal communication in Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel basics).
• Ability to handle rejections and stay positive.
• Persuasive speaking skills.
