Accounts Manager

Job Summary :

The Accounts Head will lead the company’s accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and strong internal controls. The role requires hands-on leadership, deep accounting knowledge, and coordination with auditors, banks, and management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle audits (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate with auditors.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Develop and maintain strong internal control systems.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and consultants.
• Support management with MIS reports and financial insights.
• Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & taxation
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team-management ability
