Job Responsibilities for CI – Assistant Manager

 

1. Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across the plant.
2. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
3. Implement operational efficiency initiatives and manage idea generation through the Wave platform.
4. Drive Lean methodology adoption and provide training to plant teams.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote process improvements.
6. Monitor and report progress of Wave projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
7. Measure and analyze outcomes of improvement projects using Wave tools.
8. Coordinate and support P3 implementation within the plant.

Qualification: Diploma/B.tech

Experience Required: 8 to 12 yrs.
