J.D for the Role of Assistant Manager (Maintenance) :-

 

1. To have robust Preventive, predictive system in place & implementation & monitoring of the same to reduce time.
2. To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.
3. To plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions.
4. Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment.
5. To improves poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability help in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
6. Provide support to process / project engineering in implementing new projects, improving process / machine capabilities & capacities.
7. To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.

9. To improves poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.

 

Education: - Diploma in Electrical/ B.tech

Experience: 8 – 12 yrs
