Responsibilities 1 Maintain and developing good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephonic talk etc 2 Maintaining and regular updating information in Customer master data sheet. 3 Candidate should able to understand the customer enquiry/requirement. 4 Candidate should have good knowledge about electrical items for better understand the various requirement recvd from customers. 5 Candidate should able to understand and see the electrical products price list. 6 Candidate should able to make the offer of enquiries with the help of products price list. 7 Candidate having good communication skills and soft spoken. 8 Candidate should having good negotiation skills to Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections arise by the customers. 9 Candidate should be a good team player for achieving team goals/targets.
