Optimize route planning to reduce freight cost

Prepare and verify all dispatch documents

Implement safe loading/unloading practices to avoid product damage

Prepare daily and monthly MIS on dispatch volumes , costs , delays and exceptions .

Follow up on deliveries and collect PODs
