Core Duties and Responsibilities

Fabrication & Repair: Cut, shape, and join metal parts, structures, and machinery according to specifications.
Welding Techniques: Utilize various methods, including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and Arc welding, depending on material
Blueprint Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to plan layouts.
Preparation: Clean, grind, and prepare metal surfaces prior to welding.
Inspection: Inspect and test completed welds with precision tools to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment (e.g., grinders, torches) and troubleshoot issues as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in welding roles, with knowledge of different metals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG, SAW welding, plus proficiency with cutting tools.
Safety Knowledge: Strict adherence to safety standards and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
