Job Description
- Inspection and testing of kraft paper, duplex board, liner, fluting medium, adhesives, inks, and chemicals
- Verification of GSM, BF, moisture content, thickness, Cobb value
- Approval/rejection of incoming materials as per specifications
- Maintaining incoming material inspection records'
- In-Process Quality Control -Monitoring production processes such as
- Paper bag making, checking it against dimensions and it's making
- Corrugation & flute formation, pasting and drying
- Printing & die cutting, (print quality , print design check , colour checking , die check )
- Finished Good inspection - drop test , burst and jerk testing
- identify opportunities to reduce wastage and improve process
- testing equipment regular calibration
- maintain records
