QA / QC Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all internal processes, products, and services meet established quality standards before reaching customers. This role oversees quality systems, conducts inspections, drives corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the production lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, structured, and reliable professional who ensures compliance, strengthens customer confidence, and contributes to long-term business success.

Job Responsibilities (Short):

• Ensure product & process quality as per QMS standards (ISO/IATF).
• Monitor IQC/IPQC/PDI and final inspections.
• Handle NCR, CAPA & root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation, traceability & audit compliance.
• Lead QA team (inspectors & technicians).
• Coordinate with Production, NPD & Supply Chain for improvements.
• Handle customer complaints and supplier quality issues.
• Track quality metrics (defects, rework, scrap, supplier performance).
• Prepare for external audits & certifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA in manufacturing (Manager/Senior role).
• Knowledge of QA tools & standards (SPC, CAPA, RCA, audits).
• Good communication & documentation skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred).
• ISO/IATF/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
