🚀 About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented R&D Executive with hands-on experience in color masterbatch development and polymer compounding. This role will focus on new color formulation, shade matching, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination to support product development and customer requirements.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative color masterbatch formulations for polyolefins and engineering plastics
• Perform precise shade matching and lab trials as per customer specifications
• Conduct performance evaluation and validation of new developments
• Maintain ISO documentation and support internal/external audits
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with technical solutions
• Coordinate with Production and Sales teams to ensure timely product approvals
• Provide technical support during product trials and commercialization
• 👤 Candidate ProfileB.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech/M.Tech (Polymer/Chemical/Plastics Engineering)
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Color Masterbatch / Polymer Compounding
• Strong knowledge of pigments, additives, dispersions, and plastic processing techniques
• Good understanding of extrusion and compounding processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination
