Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Finalization & Financial Reporting Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and schedules
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
- Tax provisions (Income Tax, Deferred Tax, MAT if applicable)
- Coordinate with CA / Statutory Auditors / Tax Consultants
- 2. GST Compliance Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
- GST challan creation, payment, and tracking
- Handling GST notices, mismatches, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of ITC eligibility, reversals, RCM, and amendments
- 3. Direct Tax & TDS Calculation and payment of Advance Tax
- TDS working, challan payment, returns (24Q, 26Q) and Form 16/16A
- Coordination for Income Tax Return filing of Company & LLP
- 4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance ESIC, PF, PT calculation, challan generation & payment
- Monthly & annual returns under:
- PF (ECR, returns)
- ESIC
- Professional Tax
- Payroll accounting & compliance tracking
- 5. Company & LLP Compliance Knowledge of Private Limited Company & LLP accounting
- Basic understanding of:
- ROC compliances
- LLP filings
- Maintaining statutory registers and records
- 6. Banking & MIS Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Fund flow, cash flow, and monthly MIS reports
- Handling audits and compliance documentation
- 🔹 Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
- Proficient in Excel (MIS, reconciliations, schedules)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good coordination & communication with auditors and consultants
- 🔹 Qualification B.Com / M.Com
- CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred (not mandatory)
