Job Description
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Process supplier/vendor payments and manage expense tracking.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) and timely filing of returns.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
