Responsibilities

• Cash Handling: Manage daily cash transactions, billing, and receipts accurately.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with payments, resolve billing queries, and ensure smooth checkout experience.
• Record Keeping: Maintain cash register records, prepare daily cash reports, and reconcile balances.
• POS Operations: Operate billing software/Point of Sale systems efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
• Support Duties: Assist in basic administrative tasks and coordinate with accounts/finance team when required.
• Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum HSC/Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of cashiering or accounting experience, preferably in retail/logistics/manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and customer-handling skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, MS Excel, and basic accounting practices.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Other DetailsGender Requirement: Male candidate (as per client preference).
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week.
