Client Relationship Executive

Job Role:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can manage leads, handle customer communication, and drive sales through follow-ups and order coordination.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, website, and WhatsApp
• Call and follow up with customers to convert leads into orders
• Take customer requirements and guide them with suitable products
• Coordinate orders with internal team and ensure timely updates
• Maintain proper records of leads and orders (Excel/Tally)
• Respond to customer queries professionally and quickly
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Handle orders from website

💡 Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Confident in calling and talking to customers
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Sales mindset (important ⚡)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

⭐ Preferred

• Experience in sales / customer handling / telecalling
• Experience with IndiaMART leads (big plus 💯)

💰 Salary

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (adjust as per your business)
