Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise in data tools, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Create reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, or Excel.
• Work closely with management and operations teams to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop automated systems for data collection and reporting.
• Present data findings in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• 0–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI ).
• Experience with Python for data analysis is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing data environments.
• Understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and market trend analysis.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience and skills)
