Design Executive - AutoCAD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AutoCAD Draftsman with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for various projects using AutoCAD. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create 2D and 3D technical drawings, plans, and schematics using AutoCAD.

·       Interpret design specifications, sketches, and engineering notes to produce accurate drafts.

·       Modify and revise drawings as per feedback from engineers, architects, or clients.

·       Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and project requirements.

·       Maintain project documentation and organize files systematically.

·       Coordinate with different teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.

·       Assist in site visits and field measurements when required.

·       Stay updated with the latest CAD software advancements and drafting techniques.

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

·       0-2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting (freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of other CAD software is a plus.

·       Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

·       Effective communication and organizational skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

(Optional):

·       Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.

·       Experience with structural, mechanical, or electrical drawings.

·       Exposure to industry standards such as ASME, ISO, or AIA.
