• Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Traffic & Lead Generation)

• Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can create and execute marketing strategies focused on traffic generation, lead generation, and website conversions,This role requires someone who is hands-on, creative, analytical, and motivated by performance and results.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.

Optimize and manage SEO (on-page and off-page) to improve organic website visibility.

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting).

Analyze and report campaign performance; suggest optimizations based on data insights.

Manage content marketing efforts (blog posts, landing pages, website updates) to support SEO and engagement goals.

Collaborate with the outbound sales team to ensure alignment between traffic generation and lead conversion.

Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to monitor website activity and performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.

• Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in traffic generation and lead generation.

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Experience with website traffic tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to completion.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in lead generation or sales-driven companies.

Knowledge of landing page creation and optimization (using tools like Unbounce, ClickFunnels, WordPress, etc.)

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
