Field Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Field Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple locations, primarily through in-person recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in the field to meet hiring goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and other community outreach activities to source candidates.
• Conduct on-site recruiting efforts at company branches, job centers, or other recruitment hubs.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Develop strong relationships with local community organizations, colleges, vocational schools, and workforce development agencies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
