Field Sales Executive

Zylo is the men’s topwear division of ChillCare Apparels, focused on T-shirts and shirts distributed through wholesalers and distributors across India. We are expanding our B2B distribution network state by state and are looking for a strong field sales professional to drive growth.

🔹 Role Overview

This is a high-travel B2B sales role. The candidate will travel across different states, work closely with distributors and wholesalers, and actively push Zylo stock in the market.

The role requires regular market visits, exhibitions participation, and continuous distributor engagement.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesTravel across assigned states to expand sales network

• Work with distributors, wholesalers, and agents to sell Zylo stock
• Generate bulk B2B orders from retailers and wholesalers
• Ensure strong secondary sales and stock movement
• Identify and appoint new distributors where required
• Attend garment exhibitions, trade fairs, and sales events
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Submit regular sales reports and updates
• Visit Mumbai/Bhiwandi office once every 2 months for review meetings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Required Skills

• Experience in Men’s Topwear (T-shirts / Shirts preferred)
• Strong distributor & wholesaler network handling experience
• Comfortable with extensive travel (20+ days/month)
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic reporting and communication skills

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in garment distribution sales
• Knowledge of multi-state markets
• Existing distributor contacts (added advantage)
• Willing to travel regularly

🔹 Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000
