Field Sales Executive

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a Dynamic Field Sales Executive who can handle corporate buyers, travel regularly with sample sets, generate repeat orders, and build long-term relationships.

This is a field-oriented B2B garment sales role focused on managing existing corporate clients and expanding order volumes.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit corporate buyers regularly with updated sample sets

• Handle 20–25 existing corporate buyers across multiple departments
• Generate repeat and fresh purchase orders
• Build strong relationships with purchase managers & department heads
• Take detailed order requirements and confirm quantities
• Enter orders into ERP system accurately
• Coordinate with merchandising team for order execution
• Visit factory once a week to hand over confirmed orders and align production
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Identify new departments / cross-selling opportunities within existing buyers

🔹 Required SkillsStrong B2B sales experience (Garments preferred)

• Comfortable with regular field travel
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel + ERP entry)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Relationship-building mindset

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Familiar with corporate buyer structure
• Experience in garment manufacturing or textile sales
• Own vehicle preferred
• Ability to handle sample coordination
