Human Resource Generalist

Handle day-to-day HR operations at site including manpower coordination, attendance, payroll support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of manpower Monitor attendance (Biometric/HRMS), shifts, and leave records Support payroll processing, advances, and recoveries Coordinate statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws) with contractors Handle employee grievances, discipline, and HR documentation Prepare HR MIS and manpower reports Support admin and employee welfare activities at site

Requirements: Graduate / MBA in HR 7–10 years experience in HR operations (site/project preferred) Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC Good coordination, communication, and Excel skills
