IT Support Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking systems, and CCTV operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and provides technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain network connections, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and ensure proper recording and backup.
• Perform routine checks on servers, network devices, and system backups.
• Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware procurement, maintenance, and AMC.
• Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and regular system maintenance.
• Support installation and maintenance of printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.
• Experience in CCTV setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and office software.
• Good understanding of data backup and recovery processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
