Job Title: Shearing & Bending Machine Operator Job Location: Bhiwandi Industry: Warehouse Storage Racks / Heavy Engineering / Sheet Metal Fabrication Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Shearing and Bending Machine Operator to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating shearing and bending machines to cut and bend MS sheets as per drawings and production requirements, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Operate shearing and bending machines (manual / semi-automatic / hydraulic) • Read and understand job drawings and measurements • Ensure accurate cutting and bending as per specifications • Maintain machine safety and cleanliness • Check finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy • Report machine issues or maintenance needs to supervisor • Follow factory safety rules and production timelines Job Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in shearing & bending operations • Knowledge of MS sheet handling and measurements • Ability to read basic technical drawings • Physically fit and safety-conscious • ITI (Fitter / Welder / Mechanical) preferred but not compulsory
