Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation

of machines, equipment, and facility infrastructure. The role involves regular

maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and implementing preventive

measures to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.

• Equipment Maintenance & Repairs

• Precautionary Maintenance Planning

• Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis

• Safety Compliance & Record Keeping

• Coordination with Vendors & Spare Parts Management

• Perform routine checks and maintenance of machines.

• Repair faulty equipment to avoid production delays.

• Ensure all tools and machinery are in proper working condition.

• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance activities.

• Identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and service history.

• Quickly diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical faults.

• Coordinate with the production team to resolve breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety guidelines.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance work.

• Identify and procure necessary spare parts for machinery.

• Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs.

• Maintain stock of critical spare parts to reduce downtime.
