Job Title: Marketplace Growth Executive (Ecommerce SEO & Content)

Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

(Candidate must be able to travel to Kalher, Bhiwandi)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Marketplace Growth Executive with minimum 1 year experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations to help grow our brand on Flipkart and Meesho.

This is a growth-focused role involving listing SEO, catalog optimization, product content improvement, and marketplace performance analysis.

This role is not focused on order fulfillment or routine operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth

• Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor competitors and suggest pricing or positioning improvements
• Support planning for marketplace sales and promotional campaigns

Listing SEO & Optimization

• Create SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions
• Conduct keyword research for marketplace search ranking
• Improve product attributes and catalog quality

Image Editing & Listing Visuals

• Edit product images for marketplace listings using Canva / Photoshop
• Create simple creatives for product promotions
• Improve listing visuals to increase click-through rate

Content Writing

• Write engaging product descriptions and promotional content
• Support product launch and campaign content

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in ecommerce or marketplace role
• Knowledge of marketplace listing SEO (Flipkart or similar platforms)
• Basic image editing skills (Canva / Photoshop)
• Good content writing ability
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Candidate must be able to travel to Kalher, Bhiwandi

Salary

₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Performance incentives based on contribution to business growth.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, or Bhiwandi areas will be preferred due to commute convenience.
