Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management

Handle incoming leads from property portals, digital campaigns, and other marketing sources.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and buying intent.

Maintain accurate records in CRM.

2. Client Interaction

Explain project details, pricing, configurations, and amenities.

Share brochures, floor plans, and payment plans with customers.

Address basic queries and objections professionally.

3. Site Visit Coordination

Schedule and confirm site visits.

Coordinate with the sales team for appointments.

Ensure proper follow-up after site visits.

4. CRM & Reporting

Update daily call logs and lead status in CRM.

Track follow-ups and maintain lead pipeline.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

5. Sales Support

Assist in booking documentation process.

Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
