Industry Preference: Kitchen Equipment / Commercial Kitchen Manufacturing

Experience Required: 5+ Years (Preferably in Kitchen Equipment Industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in Kitchen Equipment or Stainless Steel fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the complete production process

Ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of kitchen equipment

Supervise production staff and monitor workflow on the shop floor

Maintain quality standards and ensure proper material utilization

Coordinate with purchase, design, and sales teams for smooth operations

Monitor machine performance and production efficiency

Implement safety and quality control procedures

Maintain production reports and documentation

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of SS fabrication, kitchen equipment manufacturing, and production planning

Team management and leadership skills

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Knowledge of production scheduling and quality control

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or relevant field preferred
