ERP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between the ERP vendor and internal teams.
• Understand the full ERP architecture, modules, and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-departmental data collection, migration, and validation.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify process inefficiencies and design ERP-based solutions.
• Train team members and monitor ERP usage post go-live.
• Prepare regular reports for management on progress and issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or project management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or supply chain workflows (ideal for your context).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific ERPs).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Technical aptitude and process-driven mindset.
