Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments.
  • Monitor stitching quality, finishing, trims, and packaging.
  • Check bulk production against approved samples.
  • Record defects, prepare inspection reports, and escalate issues to QA/Production Heads.
  • Maintain strong documentation through ERP/data entry.
  • Ensure production team follows quality SOPs.
  • Provide feedback to tailors, supervisors, and production heads for improvement.
  • Requirements:2–6 years of QC experience in garment manufacturing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of fabric, stitching, and finishing standards.
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer knowledge; willing to adopt ERP systems.
  • Proactive and reliable with a results-driven approach.
