Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle, lead the hiring team, coordinate with clients / departments, and ensure timely closure of positions. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and multiple clients management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle team of recruiters and coordinators
• Understand client / company hiring requirements
• Plan hiring strategies for bulk & lateral hiring
• Coordinate with HR, Managers, and Clients
• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers
• Ensure joining targets are achieved
• Handle vendor / consultancy coordination
• Conduct interviews and final selection
• Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups
