Sales Executive

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience and must be willing to work hard, generate leads, handle clients and close property deals.

Key Responsibilities• Generate and follow up with property leads

• Explain project details, pricing and payment plans to customers

• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers

• Maintain strong relationships with clients

• Regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into sales

• Maintain proper record of leads and site visits

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements• Minimum 2 years sales experience

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Hardworking and target-oriented personality

• Ability to handle customers professionally

• Comfortable with calls, meetings and site visits
