Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, research, networking, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and close sales deals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare basic sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
