Job Summary

DLS Logistics is seeking an experienced FTL Sales Manager to lead and expand its Full Truck Load (FTL) business across India. The role involves acquiring key shipper accounts, managing a sales team, negotiating freight contracts, and driving profitable growth across regional and pan-India lanes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive FTL revenue growth across major Indian corridors.
• Acquire and manage key shipper accounts (FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Automotive, Traders).
• Lead and manage a team of FTL sales executives to achieve targets.
• Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and lane-based pricing.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet partners for capacity and service delivery.
• Track market rates, truck availability, and competitor pricing.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reporting.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Indian FTL trucking market and pricing.
• Proven B2B logistics sales and account management experience.
• Team leadership and performance management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in logistics or transportation sales.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Strong network of shippers and transporters preferred.
• Compensation :Competitive CTC as per industry standards.
