🔹 About the Role We are hiring a self-driven, motivated, and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing B2B perfumery raw materials company.

The candidate will manage sales, marketing, customer relations, and actively work on business development & client acquisition.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound B2B sales for perfume oils, fixatives & raw materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing & new clients.
• Identify market opportunities and acquire new B2B clients.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies (digital and offline).
• Manage follow-ups, lead pipelines, and maintain CRM/Excel data.
• Provide product guidance to customers and understand their requirements.
• Generate new ideas to grow the business and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order processing & communication.
• 🔹 Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and target-focused.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (B2B preferred).
• Good negotiation, closing ability & professional behaviour.
• Basic understanding of perfumes/perfumery raw materials is an added bonus.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Excel, Email, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
